what sorts of emotions does this story bring to your mind? In the part of the story that I'm at right now it brings me sad emotions. It brings me sad emotions because  Liz's dad argued with her mom about how she's crazy for going to the church and try talking to her dead mother which is liz's grandmother. When they are arguing Liz's dad says that he needs a break and that he's gonna go to a hotel for a while and think about everything that's been going on. How does the story make you feel? It makes me feel worried because what if doesn't wanna be with his wife anymore and then Liz is going to be upset and she'll have to see who she'll wanna go with.

What this story brings to my mind is happiness and sadness. It makes me feel sad because in the beginning of the book liz's grandmother died and her mom had a really hard time for a few months. Another reason why it makes me feel sad is because a family of 3 moved in with a neighbor across the street but the only reason they moved there was because the mom has cancer and she was going to die so they had to move to stay in with the grandmother. The reason why it brings happiness to my mind is because Liz finally finds someone who she can spend time with and that person is one of the kids that moved across the street. They go to the same school and their the same age and they get along really good and they both like each other.

What's happening so far in the book is.... Liz decided to go with her friend to the mall and then a basketball game after. But that same day Liz had to go with her mom to the church group. So then Liz asked her mom if she can go with her friend. Then mom told her that she had already said she was going to the church group but Liz wanted to go with her friend. So she told her mom that she was going with her friend instead of the church group. Then her mom was mad and telling her all this mean stuff that bunny is her grandmother and that she doesn't love her because she doesn't want to talk to her again that's why she's not going. Another thing that happened is that Liz finally told Nathan that she likes him and Nathan is her neighbor they just moved in with their grandmother because his mom had cancer and the kids are going to have to stay with the grandmother when she dies.

some things that might happen later on in the story are that there will be a bus accident with someone but it doesn't say who. I know this because when she went to the church group to talk to bunny the person also told her a few things about her future. That was one thing another thing was a truck in a garage with flowers but I don't know what that is for.

Blog #1

Mom wanted to take her daughter Liz to the church group that she goes to so she can talk to bunny which is her grandmother that's passed away, but Liz wasn't sure how she felt about that because she thought it was creepy. Liz ended up going with her mom to the church group and when she got there she felt scared and she thought it was fake. Liz's mom asked her what she thought of it and Liz said that she thought it was creepy, confusing, scary and that the guy was just making everything up. Mom asked Liz if she wanted to go again another day so she can be more into it and Liz said she wasn't sure.

About my book

The book that I have is called "Blind Faith". The author to this book is Ellen Wittlinger. So far from what I've read is that in the beginning of the book it would talk about how the girls grandmother was more like a mom to her than her real mom. She would always do everything with her because her mom was always painting, but then the mom was also very very close to her because that was her mother. Well she ended up passing away and the daughters mom was depressed for like a month. When mom finally got out of bed she went to a place that this one lady had talked to her about at her moms funeral. It was a place where you can talk to the dead so she went and the husband wasn't happy about that because he said that's for fools, but then mom was happy that she went because  they  told her she would be able to contact bunny her mom. So far that's what's happening in my book.
